💼 About This Role

You'll join a small, high-impact team at Mintlify, a docs platform serving 100M+ developers. You'll resolve customer issues through hands-on debugging of GitHub repos, MDX files, and internal tools. This role offers slope over y-intercept culture and the chance to shape support workflows as we scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to product and technical questions via support platform (Plain)
• Debug issues by inspecting customer setups, including GitHub repos and MDX files
• Resolve majority of support inquiries independently, escalating only when necessary
• Collaborate with support lead to evolve processes and improve internal tooling

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in technical support at a software or developer tools company
• Comfortable navigating Git, GitHub, Retool, and MDX/Markdown
• Ability to read and understand code, troubleshoot bugs, and identify root causes
• Experience working in remote work environments

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with OpenAPI specs
• Past experience supporting APIs or documentation tools
• Background working in fast-paced startups
