You'll develop manufacturing plans and lead product cut-in for satellite buses at a fast-growing aerospace startup. You will own the transition from development to production, ensuring efficient assembly and integration. This role offers equity in a $200M Series D company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop manufacturing plans and assembly procedures.
• Lead cut-in and ramp-up of new products.
• Design and optimize manufacturing tools and fixtures.
• Implement quality control measures and root cause analysis.

📋 Requirements

• U.S. Persons status required for export-controlled data.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering.
• 3+ years in aerospace manufacturing, assembly, and integration.
• Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and specs.

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of AS9100 or similar quality management systems.
• Experience in Python or LabVIEW programming.
• Experience in environmental testing (vibration, thermal, pneumatic).
