You'll partner with senior business leaders to shape talent strategy and build world-class teams across Sales, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Operations, Strategy, and Marketing. You'll own end-to-end recruiting and drive decisions with data to influence hiring outcomes. This role offers high visibility and impact in a fast-paced, scaling environment.

• Partner with executives to define hiring needs and talent strategies.

• Lead end-to-end recruiting from outreach to offer.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• 2+ years in-house recruiting experience.
• Track record hiring go-to-market and corporate roles.
• Experience influencing senior business leaders.
