You'll support children from birth to three years with developmental delays using a coaching model with parents and caregivers. You'll provide screening, assessment, and intervention in home and community settings. Join a mission-driven team committed to resilience and empowerment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Screen and evaluate infants and children using standard measures
• Develop and follow up on IFSP treatment goals in the home
• Provide intervention in cognition, social behavior, and motor skills
• Complete assessments, progress notes, and insurance reports

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Development, Special Education, or Psychology
• Experience working with infancy/early childhood
• Valid Massachusetts driver's license

• Bilingual in Portuguese, Arabic, or Haitian Creole
