💼 About This Role

You'll lead customer-facing technical delivery for AI deployments in Life Sciences, owning end-to-end execution for pharmaceutical and clinical research partners. Your core impact is translating business outcomes into roadmaps and driving 0→1 prototypes through to scale. This role offers high autonomy and the chance to shape how OpenAI serves the Life Sciences vertical.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the technical delivery plan for multiple interdependent workstreams.
• Run day-to-day engineering execution, tracking progress and removing blockers.
• Embed with customer teams to land production deployments and drive adoption.
• Partner with Product and Research to align platform and research workstreams.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of customer-facing technical delivery leadership.
• Expertise in Life Sciences domain (pharma, clinical research).
• Track record of leading large, complex, high-stakes customer engagements.
• Experience shipping AI/LLM systems in production environments.
