You'll help shape and execute the affiliate and partnership strategy for iStock and Getty Images. You'll work across diverse partnerships and global markets to drive growth and deliver measurable impact. This role offers lots of growth opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Proactively track performance for assigned partners and identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze partner, country, and customer performance to inform plans and budgets.
• Monitor affiliate data to flag fraud risk, compliance issues, and tracking anomalies.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new partner opportunities and lead outreach.

📋 Requirements

• 3 years of hands-on affiliate marketing experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and Looker (or equivalent BI tools).
• Expert proficiency with Impact (or comparable affiliate platforms).
• Experience managing a portfolio of partners across multiple partner types.
