Description

As a pediatric ICU nurse in BAYADA's HICU Health Services team, you will help infants and young children transition from hospital to home, providing one-on-one skilled nursing care in a team-based environment that extends the hospital care team into the home.

Requirements

• Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• At least one year verifiable work experience as an LPN
• NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care trach/vent experience
• Demonstrated competence in infusion and tracheostomy/ventilator care

Responsibilities

• Act as an extension of a hospital care team delivering skilled nursing care to pediatric clients at home
• Provide one-on-one care to infants and young children transitioning from hospital to home
• Deliver infusion and tracheostomy/ventilator care
• Work overnight shifts in a team-based environment
