Description
You will lead the transformation of Klaviyo's Sales technology foundation as the company scales globally and expands into enterprise sales. You will own the Sales Technology vision and roadmap, lead a growing team, and drive automation and AI to increase sales productivity.
Requirements
- Transformational leader with deep systems expertise
- Experience building and scaling Sales or GTM systems in high-growth environments
- Ability to translate business needs into durable solutions
- Strong sense of ownership and urgency
- Experience managing managers and individual contributors
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a multi-year strategy for the Sales technology ecosystem
- Lead and scale a high-performing team of managers, analysts, and engineers
- Design and implement data models, workflows, and automation for enterprise sales
- Lead development of CPQ and quote-to-cash capabilities
- Drive automation and AI use cases to increase sales productivity
