You'll join Townsquare Media's Butte sales team, owning a book of business and helping local businesses grow through consultative sales of broadcast, digital, and event solutions. You'll prospect new clients, conduct needs assessments, and present tailored marketing strategies while collaborating with internal teams to exceed revenue goals. This role offers uncapped earning potential in a dynamic media organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies
• Represent full portfolio including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and events
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand client reach and ROI

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle

• BA/BS degree preferred
• Experience in media or digital marketing sales
