You'll join the loudest store in the mall as a music and pop culture fanatic, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring fans get the merch they love. You'll share your fandom knowledge, stock products, and help merchandise the store for an awesome in-store experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer returns
• Cover sales floor zone and maintain visual standards
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Assist with planogram changes and communicate trends to management

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience working in a retail environment
• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Ability to navigate store and merchandise product using approved equipment
• Can pack and unpack boxes weighing up to 50 pounds
