• Monitor and analyze player feedback across social platforms, forums, and community channels.
• Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable recommendations for gameplay improvement.
• Design and evaluate tests for new gameplay features, ensuring balance and engagement.
• Present findings to cross-functional stakeholders using structured reports and visuals.

📋 Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with action RPG or Soulslike games (1000+ hours).
• Highly analytical and methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Strong communication skills in English for presenting to stakeholders.
• Comfortable working fully remote with self-management and discipline.
