You'll join Deputy, a global SaaS workforce management company, to lead full-cycle recruitment and optimize talent acquisition operations. Your core impact will be driving strategic sourcing and data-driven improvements across Sales, CS, Engineering, Product, and G&A. This contract role offers a chance to shape the TA function in a high-growth, AI-native environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, CS, Engineering, Product, and G&A roles.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to create effective recruitment strategies.
- Track and analyze key recruiting metrics to inform hiring strategies.
- Refine and standardize TA processes and optimize tool usage.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- 1+ year in the technology sector.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and social media sourcing.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
