You'll join Deputy, a global SaaS workforce management company, to lead full-cycle recruitment and optimize talent acquisition operations. Your core impact will be driving strategic sourcing and data-driven improvements across Sales, CS, Engineering, Product, and G&A. This contract role offers a chance to shape the TA function in a high-growth, AI-native environment.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, CS, Engineering, Product, and G&A roles.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to create effective recruitment strategies.
  • Track and analyze key recruiting metrics to inform hiring strategies.
  • Refine and standardize TA processes and optimize tool usage.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • 1+ year in the technology sector.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and social media sourcing.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
