🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead global IT support with 24x7 coverage and escalation management.
• Hire, mentor, and manage a small IT support team.
• Own office IT infrastructure: connectivity, network security, access control.
• Manage vendor contracts, budgets, and IT asset lifecycle.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of IT operations experience.
• Experience managing endpoint environments (Mac, Windows, Linux).
• Hands-on experience with MDM tools and endpoint security.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a support team.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI tools and agent prototypes.
• Familiarity with vendor management and contract negotiation.
• Knowledge of network security standards and access control.
