Description
You will lead a team of 45 SDRs across 5 teams to drive Stripe's pipeline growth for SMB and Commercial segments. You'll define strategic vision, mentor managers, and partner cross-functionally to execute regional campaigns.
Requirements
- 5+ years leading high-performance Sales Development or Inside Sales teams, including managing managers
- Proven success scaling organizations in high-growth, ambiguous environments (technology or SaaS)
- Strong strategic planning skills with ability to shape 6-24 month outcomes
- Exceptional cross-functional influence across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations
- Expertise in Salesforce, data integrity, forecasting, and performance metrics
Responsibilities
- Define and execute strategic vision for SMB, Commercial, and Inbound segments
- Manage 5 teams and 45 SDRs, reporting to Head of EMEA
- Drive long-range planning and business impact over 6-24 months
- Design organizational structures and develop managers
- Deliver accurate forecasting and drive cross-functional changes
