You'll lead end-to-end people programs such as structured onboarding, manager development, and engagement initiatives at a cybersecurity simulation platform. Your core impact is ensuring programs are adopted and embedded in day-to-day operations while driving continuous improvement. The role offers ownership of the full program lifecycle and a high degree of autonomy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end people programs like structured onboarding and manager development
• Maintain program structure, documentation, and operating rhythm
• Diagnose organizational challenges using qualitative and quantitative insights
• Drive adoption and identify friction points for continuous improvement

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in Organizational Development, L&D, or People Operations
• End-to-end ownership of programs or initiatives
• Ability to diagnose problems and design structured, scalable solutions
• Data-driven approach to measure effectiveness and guide decisions

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Lattice, Ethena, or similar tools
• Facilitation skills for workshops and retrospectives
• Experience in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
