💼 About This Role

You'll own and scale OpenAI's global partnership with McKinsey & Company, driving enterprise AI adoption and commercial transformation across industries. You'll serve as the single accountable executive, shaping strategy and ensuring durable operating models for long-term growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own global McKinsey relationship including pipeline growth and enterprise impact.
• Define and run OpenAI's operating model for the partnership across regions.
• Serve as senior executive counterpart to McKinsey's global leadership.
• Shape and lead co-selling of CxO-level enterprise AI transformation opportunities.

📋 Requirements

• Associate Partner / Principal or Partner-level experience at an MBB firm or equivalent senior leadership.
• Strong combination of technology fluency and commercial leadership in business development or alliances.
• Proven ownership of global, multi-year strategic partnerships with executive accountability.
• Industry expertise in Financial Services, Pharma & Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Retail.

• Deep literacy in enterprise AI, data, and cloud transformation.
• Experience engaging with CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, and Chief Digital Officers.
• Ability to design and scale joint operating models between senior organizations.
