💼 About This Role
You'll own a portfolio of mid-market & SMB customers end-to-end at a logistics tech startup building a real-time transportation visibility platform. You'll drive adoption, expansion, and retention, turning data into measurable business impact.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own full customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal
- Identify and execute expansion opportunities (upsell, cross-sell)
- Partner with Sales on trial conversion and commercial conversations
- Conduct regular check-ins and Quarterly Business Reviews
📋 Requirements
- 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management in logistics tech
- Strong familiarity with freight forwarding and global logistics workflows
- Demonstrated success driving account expansion and revenue growth
- Experience owning enterprise or mid-market accounts end-to-end
✨ Nice to Have
- Bachelor's in Logistics, Business, or related field
- Experience running QBRs and structured success plans
- Startup experience
