💼 About This Role

You'll own a portfolio of mid-market & SMB customers end-to-end at a logistics tech startup building a real-time transportation visibility platform. You'll drive adoption, expansion, and retention, turning data into measurable business impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own full customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal
  • Identify and execute expansion opportunities (upsell, cross-sell)
  • Partner with Sales on trial conversion and commercial conversations
  • Conduct regular check-ins and Quarterly Business Reviews

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management in logistics tech
  • Strong familiarity with freight forwarding and global logistics workflows
  • Demonstrated success driving account expansion and revenue growth
  • Experience owning enterprise or mid-market accounts end-to-end

✨ Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's in Logistics, Business, or related field
  • Experience running QBRs and structured success plans
  • Startup experience
