Description

You will work directly with Contentful customers in the EMEA region to ensure they maximize value from the platform and deliver a stellar customer experience as their trusted advisor. You will help customers achieve both technical and business goals while driving retention and growth, partnering closely with sales, partners, and professional services.

Requirements

  • College/University Degree highly preferred
  • 5+ years in customer-facing role with renewals experience (CSM, Key Account Management)
  • Excellent communication skills in English and either French or Italian
  • Ability to think strategically about customer goals and drive renewal/expansion
  • Ability to understand Contentful APIs and modern content management stack

Responsibilities

  • Build and own relationships across a book of 25-30 enterprise accounts
  • Monitor and guide new customers to ensure value expectations are aligned and achieved
  • Drive product adoption, customer satisfaction, and influence customer health scores
  • Lead effective customer Business Reviews based on defined business goals
  • Drive renewal conversations and close renewals on time, forecast accurately
