You'll be a key part of our payments and operations engine, ensuring every transaction is seamless and every issue is resolved quickly. You'll work at the intersection of fintech infrastructure, user experience, and analytical operations. This role offers high accountability and real ownership from day one.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day movement of funds, reconciling across systems.
• Manage user issues end-to-end with banks and payment partners.
• Monitor real-time dashboards for anomalies and incidents.
• Create and iterate on SOPs for recurring ops processes.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years in a fintech or payments role is mandatory.
• Experience using SQL and project management platforms.
• Ability to work with spreadsheets and dashboards to detect outliers.
• Experience interacting with banks or external partners for issue resolution.

• Experience setting up processes from scratch for new financial products.
• Knowledge of global payment rails and transaction disputes.
