💼 About This Role

You'll be responsible for building and maintaining garment specifications and fit from initial design concept through to final fit approval for women's categories. You'll ensure fit consistency and brand standards for construction are maintained throughout the assigned category. This role requires strong technical proficiency and problem-solving skills.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop specs and garment construction methods for assigned categories
• Attend fit sessions to develop brand aesthetic and silhouette
• Communicate fit intent and revisions to overseas partners via fit notes
• Evaluate prototype and fit samples for measurement and construction accuracy

📋 Requirements

• B.A. in Apparel Design, Technical Design, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in Technical Design
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and PLM systems
• Understanding of pattern making, grading, and construction methods

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Gerber AccuMark, Lectra, or Optitex
• Experience with Browzwear or CLO 3D
• Knowledge of fabric properties and inner components
