💼 About This Role

You'll join PDI Technologies to ensure accurate invoicing for a global convenience retail and petroleum brand. You'll partner with internal teams and customers to resolve billing inquiries and drive financial accuracy. This hybrid role in Alpharetta offers the chance to work with NetSuite and Salesforce.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Generate, review, and distribute invoices accurately and on time.
• Validate billing data, usage, and pricing prior to invoice generation.
• Respond to customer billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
• Support month-end billing processes for completeness and timeliness.

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in billing or finance operations.
• Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar billing systems.
• Ability to review and interpret contracts and pricing.
• Legal authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• High-volume transaction management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
