💼 About This Role

You'll oversee assembly of fusion power plant subassemblies on 2nd shift at Helion. You'll be the first line of defense for troubleshooting on the production floor and coach fellow technicians to deliver high-quality hardware. This role is pivotal to building the world's first fusion power plant.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with team to assemble, test, and troubleshoot electromechanical components
• Serve as first-line defense for production floor troubleshooting issues
• Develop training materials and curriculums for tooling and assembly procedures
• Manage and maintain consumables, tools, and parts
• Enforce 6S schedule and ensure quality standards

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years as an electrical/mechanical technician in production environment
• Experience maintaining high precision and accuracy with little oversight
• Proficiency with hand tools and MES system
