๐ผ About This Role
You'll own regional sales enablement programs for the AMER Sales organization at Grafana Labs, an open-source leader. Your core impact is improving seller productivity, pipeline quality, and execution consistency through field-centric, behavior-changing programs. You'll bridge field insights to cross-functional teams, adapting global programs to regional needs.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own AMER regional segment-specific sales enablement programs
- Partner with Sales leadership to identify skill gaps and priorities
- Build and deliver workshops, simulations, and deal inspection exercises
- Measure program effectiveness using business indicators
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years in GTM enablement, sales leadership, or related role in B2B SaaS
- 2+ years prior quota-carrying experience or equivalent deal-facing role
- Command of the Message experience required
- MEDDPICC experience required

- Experience in observability or open-source software sales
- Familiarity with Grafana LGTM Stack products
