💼 About This Role

You'll join Carvana's high-tech Inspection Center, painting and blending base coats, tri-coats, solid, metallic, and clear coats on vehicles. Your work ensures every car meets our promise to only sell cars we'd sell our own Mom. This role offers a $6,000 bonus and 100% company-paid healthcare.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Paint base coats, tri-coats, solid, metallic, and clear coats
• Blend adjacent panels for seamless color match
• Perform paint correction on vehicles
• Use state-of-the-art tools in the Inspection Center

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional automotive painting experience
• Valid driver's license and be at least 18 years old
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Comfortable with mandatory overtime and fast-paced environment

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with water-based paints
• ASE certification or tool reimbursement program interest
• Prior work in high-volume reconditioning centers
