Lead the concept art team for VALORANT's Premium Content, from initial ideation to production, ensuring cohesion in style and quality that supports art direction and gameplay. Collaborate with Art Leads to deliver iconic, resonant content that amplifies the player experience.

Requirements

• 6+ years experience as an artist in the games industry
• 3+ years leading weapon focused concept art teams in game development
• Deep understanding of weapon design principles: functionality, visual hierarchy, material contrast
• Expertise in stylized designs: shape language, silhouette clarity, color theory
• Knowledge of VALORANT IP preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team leads to develop cohesive vision for content ensuring audience resonance
• Ideate and create highly varied weapon designs
• Provide paint-overs and directional feedback for internal and external partners
• Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing concept art team
• Define and evangelize concept art quality bar across Premium Content team and outsourcers
