You'll lead enterprise-wide quality strategy and compliance excellence for a PACE program serving vulnerable seniors, driving regulatory readiness and care outcomes. This role partners cross-functionally to turn data into actionable insights.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and standardize enterprise metrics in clinical excellence and quality
• Create standardized quality operations workflows and data collection approaches
• Analyze operational performance for continuous process improvements
• Oversee complaint investigation and regulatory reporting processes

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with 3+ years as QI/assurance Director in healthcare
• 3+ years supervisory experience
• Experience with California DHCS and state-level regulatory compliance
• Experience developing QI plans in alignment with regulatory requirements

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree in relevant field
• Lean Six Sigma green or black belt
• Experience with PACE regulations
