Description
As a Personal Trainer at Svetness, you will deliver one-on-one personalized fitness instruction in clients' homes, designing and adapting workout programs using our app. You'll build meaningful client relationships and track progress, supported by a concierge team that handles scheduling.
Requirements
- NCCA/DEAC/NBFE accredited personal training certification
- Current CPR/AED certification
- High school diploma and 1-3 years personal training experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform athletic calisthenics
Responsibilities
- Customize client workout programs from Initial Assessment
- Use Svetness Fitness App for session notes and programming
- Demonstrate exercises and ensure correct form with modifications
- Conduct client Reassessments every 4-6 weeks
- Maintain flexible schedule and commute up to 45 minutes
