- Own a high-value portfolio of top SMB customers
- Build multi-threaded relationships with C-suite decision-makers
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with actionable insights
- Identify recurring friction points and develop scalable solutions
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B Account Management or Customer Success experience
- Proven track record of hitting retention and expansion targets
- Comfortable with Excel/BI tools for data analysis
- Native-level fluency in English

- SaaS experience preferred
- Additional European languages are a significant advantage
