  • Own a high-value portfolio of top SMB customers
  • Build multi-threaded relationships with C-suite decision-makers
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with actionable insights
  • Identify recurring friction points and develop scalable solutions

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B Account Management or Customer Success experience
  • Proven track record of hitting retention and expansion targets
  • Comfortable with Excel/BI tools for data analysis
  • Native-level fluency in English

  • SaaS experience preferred
  • Additional European languages are a significant advantage
