You'll lead end-to-end execution on restructuring and M&A transactions in the healthcare sector at a leading independent advisory firm. You'll serve as the primary client contact, manage deal teams, and drive business development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end execution on restructuring, M&A, and capital raises across healthcare.
• Serve as primary day-to-day client contact and manage diligence calls.
• Actively participate in business development and pitch for new mandates.
• Build and review financial models (DCF, LBO, precedent transactions).
• Mentor and develop junior team members.

📋 Requirements

• 5–8 years of investment banking experience with dedicated healthcare coverage.
• Advanced financial modeling skills and valuation expertise.
• Ability to independently manage complex workstreams in high-pressure environments.
• FINRA Series 79 or Series 7 (or obtained within 90 days).
