You'll lead a payments compliance team at Airbnb's Gurugram ACC, ensuring the online payment ecosystem remains safe and optimized. Your work directly impacts enabling anyone, anywhere to pay and be paid with confidence. This role combines leadership, compliance ops, and project coordination in a high-growth environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day operations for staffing and scheduling
• Conduct regular 1:1s with direct reports and provide performance feedback
• Track core operations metrics and escalate compliance risks
• Lead projects to simplify complex operational problems

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Technical Equivalent
• 8+ years experience with 3+ years in people management
• Compliance operations experience in payments, banking, or e-commerce including KYC, AML, and Transaction Monitoring
• Intermediate knowledge of anti-money laundering and anti-fraud typologies in payments/e-commerce
