You'll drive revenue growth for high-value customer accounts across the DACH region. You'll cross-sell and upsell Twilio's communications platform to large enterprise and digital native customers. This remote-first role offers significant travel and the chance to shape the future of customer engagement.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage fastest growing customers in the region
  • Grow revenue and share of wallet within key accounts
  • Open doors for Twilio product purchases including messaging and email
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and create pricing proposals

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 6+ years of Account Management/Sales experience with large accounts
  • German language proficiency
  • Consistent quota achievement track record
  • Cross and upsell experience in mature customer base

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience selling to both business and technical audiences
  • Background in communications market or telecommunications
  • Familiarity with Messaging, Voice, Email, or Account Security products
