You'll drive revenue growth for high-value customer accounts across the DACH region. You'll cross-sell and upsell Twilio's communications platform to large enterprise and digital native customers. This remote-first role offers significant travel and the chance to shape the future of customer engagement.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage fastest growing customers in the region
- Grow revenue and share of wallet within key accounts
- Open doors for Twilio product purchases including messaging and email
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and create pricing proposals
๐ Requirements
- 6+ years of Account Management/Sales experience with large accounts
- German language proficiency
- Consistent quota achievement track record
- Cross and upsell experience in mature customer base
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience selling to both business and technical audiences
- Background in communications market or telecommunications
- Familiarity with Messaging, Voice, Email, or Account Security products
