🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and manage a team of engineers building messaging infrastructure
• Own technical strategy and roadmap for high-volume messaging systems
• Oversee Flow Builder, campaign delivery engines, and core platform components
• Manage on-call operations and incident response processes

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in engineering leadership managing engineers and teams
• Experience leading teams for large-scale distributed systems (messaging, payments, or similar)
• Strong background in platform engineering or internal developer platforms
• Experience managing operational excellence including on-call and incident management
