Description

You will support Moonfare's internal IT function, maintaining infrastructure across multiple office locations, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, managing onboarding/offboarding, and administering workplace tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom. This role offers the chance to shape technology operations and drive operational excellence in a fast-growing private markets firm.

Requirements

• Proven track record in IT Support, Service Desk, or System Admin role
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting for macOS and Windows
• Experience with ticket-based support (e.g., Jira Service Management)
• Hands-on experience with MDM solutions (Jamf Pro, Microsoft Intune)
• Proficient in Google Workspace and common startup tools (Slack, Zoom)
