🎯 What You'll Do

• Create design assets for marketing, social media, and ads.
• Translate creative briefs into on-brand, conversion-driven visuals.
• Collaborate with content, video, and performance marketing teams.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to team growth.

📋 Requirements

• 5–8 years experience in graphic design or motion design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating clean execution and design leadership.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro.
• Ability to work fast and meet tight deadlines.

• Experience producing short-form ads or commercial assets.
• Exposure to performance marketing or startup environments.
