🎯 What You'll Do

  • Start with IC focus to become product expert for 6 months.
  • Build and refine QA, metrics, and training systems.
  • Grow direct reports and manage strategic goals.
  • Work with pod to meet support KPIs and SLAs.

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years managing people in high-growth B2B SaaS or health tech.
  • Track record of delivering quantifiable business outcomes.
  • Experience hiring, onboarding, and coaching team members.
  • Clear and concise communication with customers and stakeholders.
