🎯 What You'll Do
- Start with IC focus to become product expert for 6 months.
- Build and refine QA, metrics, and training systems.
- Grow direct reports and manage strategic goals.
- Work with pod to meet support KPIs and SLAs.
📋 Requirements
- 3+ years managing people in high-growth B2B SaaS or health tech.
- Track record of delivering quantifiable business outcomes.
- Experience hiring, onboarding, and coaching team members.
- Clear and concise communication with customers and stakeholders.
