You will own end-to-end operating performance across a growing portfolio of partner companies, with full P&L accountability for driving predictable revenue growth, EBITDA expansion, and operational consistency across the region.

• Proven experience in operating executive or similar leadership role
• Strong P&L management and financial acumen
• Experience in services or security integration industry preferred
• Ability to drive operational excellence and growth strategies
