💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the post-sales support contact for Banking & Insurance clients, coordinating with internal teams to drive revenue growth and ensure value-added solutions. You'll conduct Customer Value Touchpoints and document key performance indicators to exceed service agreements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as the single post-sales support contact for customers.
• Coordinate with Delivery, Onboarding, Implementation, and Customer Service teams.
• Conduct Customer Value Touchpoints to document use cases and KPIs.
• Identify and facilitate customer training needs for a diverse portfolio.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in sales, client service, or account management
• Proficient in SFDC, KPI, and BI Portal
• Strong knowledge of enterprise product line related to business unit solutions
• Bachelor's degree required

• Master's degree and certifications preferred
• 3-5 years of project management experience
