🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Customer Care and Support senior leaders to define people strategy.
• Lead and develop a team of People Partners across multiple geographies.
• Drive workforce planning, organizational design, and talent development.
• Champion employee engagement and lead change initiatives.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in a People Partner role in fast-growing companies.
• Experience working with customer service or call centre department.
• Track record of partnering and influencing senior leaders.
• Strong understanding of team design, high performance culture, and change management.
