🎯 What You'll Do

• Embed with client teams to advise founders on building fintech products
• Design and develop full-stack fintech applications with security and compliance
• Architect solutions integrating payment processors and compliance services
• Mentor client engineering teams on secure coding and system reliability

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional full-stack software development
• Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Next.js
• Proven track record building fintech products such as payment processors
• Deep understanding of distributed systems concepts

• Background in traditional finance or regulated financial services
• Familiarity with data warehouse solutions for financial systems
• Experience with RegTech or compliance automation tools
