You'll build fraud detection and risk decisioning systems for a leading nonprofit fundraising platform. You'll design scalable event-driven systems and collaborate with operations to protect millions of donors. You'll strengthen payment integrity and mentor engineers in trust & safety.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement fraud detection and rule engines.
• Build investigation and review tooling for operations.
• Identify exposure and help prioritize risk roadmap.
• Harden payment systems against abuse and fraud.
• Mentor engineers in trust & safety domain expertise.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years software engineering experience with adversarial domains.
• Experience building fraud detection or risk decisioning systems.
• Strong backend engineering fundamentals and distributed architecture.
• Ability to drive technical initiatives across teams and stakeholders.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with PHP/Laravel or similar MVC framework.
• Experience with React/TypeScript on frontend.
• Familiarity with Stripe APIs and payment integrations.
