🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet clients and pets warmly, complete sign-in process
• Escort clients to exam rooms and relay information
• Manage calls for appointments, care questions, and refills
• Process payments, manage invoicing, schedule appointments

📋 Requirements

• Ability to maintain a calm, professional, and positive demeanor
• Comfort discussing sensitive topics like end-of-life care with empathy
• Basic knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures preferred
