🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead technical accounting analysis for financial reporting under BACEN and IFRS.
• Interpret accounting standards for financial instruments, credit loss, and revenue.
• Prepare technical accounting memos and support regulatory reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new products and strategic initiatives.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of COSIF, BACEN regulations, and IFRS standards.
• Proven experience preparing technical accounting memos.
• Experience in financial institutions, fintechs, or Big 4 audit firms.

✨ Nice to Have

• Active CRC certification.
• Familiarity with FIDCs, securitization, and CADOCs.
• Advanced English and Spanish.
