🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with senior leaders on HR and organizational development actions.
• Guide leaders through organizational design and change management.
• Leverage data to identify trends and develop scalable solutions.
• Provide strategic compensation guidance including salary planning and promotions.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years as a People Partner or HR Business Partner.
• Experience supporting Go-to-market teams in a global environment.
• Proven ability to build and scale HR programs.
• Strong knowledge of HR regulatory environment (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC).
