💼 About This Role

You'll join a 12-18 month development program for recent graduates to launch a career in industrial sales. You'll receive comprehensive training in automation components and outside sales skills. Work alongside experienced Account Managers on joint sales calls to solve real-world customer problems.

• Participate in structured training at a sales hub
• Learn full cycle outside sales skills
• Work alongside experienced Account Managers on joint sales calls
• Build relationships with new and existing customers

📋 Requirements

• Associate degree or technical training in related field
• Mechanical interest and aptitude
• Willingness to relocate for training and final placement
• Ability to start work in Summer/Winter 2026

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Distribution, Engineering, or related field
• Coursework or certifications in Fluid Power, Fluid Process, or Fluid Conveyance
• Internship or co-op in sales/distribution or manufacturing
