💼 About This Role

You'll join Carvana's high-tech Inspection Center as a mid-level technician, repairing damaged upholstery and glass on late-model vehicles. Your work directly ensures every car meets our no-sale-until-perfect standard. You'll use state-of-the-art tools in a fast-paced production environment with a strong team culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Repair damaged cloth, leather, plastic, vinyl, and upholstery
• Repair center consoles, seats, dashboards, headliners, and stitching
• Perform color matching and dyeing of cloth and fabric
• Repair stars, bullseyes, cracks, and scratches in windows and windshields

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional automotive interior repair and/or glass repair experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and at least 18 years old
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with water-based paint systems
• ASE certification or tool reimbursement program participation
• Previous work in a reconditioning center or body shop
