💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of Specialists ensuring productivity and quality in compounding operations at a new facility. You'll drive continuous improvement and scale capacity to meet growing demand. This role is onsite in New Albany, OH and reports to the Director of Operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a team of CAPA, Documentation, Validation, and OpEx Specialists
• Own productivity, quality, and compliance across compounding operations
• Drive continuous improvement to increase lab throughput and efficiency
• Partner with Quality, Engineering, and Operations for inspection readiness

📋 Requirements

• 8-10 years of operational leadership in pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Cross-functional team leadership with Quality, Compliance, R&D
• Working knowledge of USP 795, 797, 800, and/or cGMP
• Experience with lean leadership tools (Six Sigma, 6S, etc.)

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Experience scaling a new compounding facility
