Description

You will build an AI-first quality engineering function from scratch, embedding automated quality gates in CI/CD pipelines and designing GenAI-assisted automation frameworks. Your work will accelerate test creation, enhance test maintenance, and drive intelligent root-cause analysis, enabling development teams to deliver high-quality software at scale.

Requirements

• 6–9 years of software QA experience with a track record of architecting test automation frameworks from scratch
• Advanced coding skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Java
• Hands-on experience with Playwright or Cypress
• Applied experience with Generative AI tools in software engineering (e.g., GitHub Copilot, prompt engineering, LLMs)
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps) and PR-based testing workflows

Responsibilities

• Define and implement GenAI-assisted automation frameworks for web, API, and integration layers
• Integrate AI testing tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Applitools) to accelerate test coverage
• Leverage LLMs to generate synthetic test data and edge-case scenarios from user stories
• Embed quality gates in CI/CD pipelines and define branching and PR workflows
• Use AI-driven failure clustering for faster root cause analysis and post-implementation reviews
