💼 About This Role

You'll build and refurbish custom aircraft cabinetry for a leading MRO provider. Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction and aircraft quality. You'll collaborate with a skilled team in a hands-on hangar environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Meet with Cabinet Lead to understand scope of work
• Repair and replace damaged wood per customer specs
• Remove and disassemble cabinets, labeling parts
• Fabricate new cabinets from blueprints and drawings

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in aviation or custom cabinetry
• Ability to read blueprints and work orders
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in hangar environment

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with aircraft cabinet disassembly and reassembly
• Familiarity with Formica and wood veneer application
