As an Associate Fleet Technician at Nuro, you'll maintain and ensure the operational readiness of our autonomous fleet through preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and minor repairs. This entry-level technical role is perfect for mechanically inclined individuals eager to transition into robotics and autonomous vehicles.

Requirements

• Basic technical/mechanical aptitude with vehicles, electronics, or complex machinery
• Technical troubleshooting mindset for hardware, software, and electronic dependencies
• Attention to detail and strict adherence to technical procedures
• Ability to understand and follow complex technical documentation and schematics
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Execute daily and weekly preventive maintenance checks on vehicles
• Perform initial triage and resolution of routine hardware and software issues
• Execute minor mechanical repairs, part replacements, and system retrofits
• Support transfer, setup, and extraction of autonomous vehicles in operational zones
• Follow SOPs and complete detailed digital checklists and work orders
