Description

You will own Salesforce administration and technical delivery across the integrated business systems stack at a fast-growing SaaS company. You'll independently lead projects from planning through deployment, build complex automations and reports, and support Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Marketing teams.

Requirements

• 4-6 years hands-on Salesforce administration experience supporting 100+ users
• Proven ability to design and build complex Salesforce Flows independently
• Hands-on CPQ experience including pricing rules, quote templates, and product configuration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, building reports and dashboards from scratch
• Experience managing Salesforce deployments across sandbox and production environments

Responsibilities

• Administer Salesforce and integrated systems, managing users, security, configuration, and integrations
• Design and build complex Salesforce Flows with multi-step automation, error handling, and cross-object logic
• Configure and maintain Salesforce CPQ, including pricing rules, quote templates, and product configuration
• Lead projects from technical planning through UAT, deployment, and user training
• Design and build Power BI reports and dashboards from scratch for business intelligence needs
